Thai Herbal Compress Workshop at The Sun Spa

This interactive workshop at The Sun Spa invites guests to explore a traditional Thai wellness practice while creating their own herbal compress by hand.
Guided by our experienced Spa team, the session combines cultural discovery, natural aromas, and a relaxing introduction to the benefits of Thai herbs.
The Workshop Experience
• Guests will meet our Spa team at the workshop area and be welcomed with a refreshing drink before the session begins.
• Our Spa Therapist will introduce the herbs used in the traditional compress and explain their benefits. They will be invited to smell, touch, and discover each ingredient before receiving step-by-step guidance to prepare and wrap their own herbal compress.
• Once the compress is complete, our Spa Therapist will demonstrate how to use it correctly. Guests will also experience a short demonstration using a pre-steamed herbal compress, allowing them to enjoy its gentle warmth, natural aroma, and relaxing effects.
• At the end of the workshop, each handmade herbal compress will be beautifully packaged to take home as a special souvenir. Guests will also receive a certificate to commemorate the experience.
